Just attended a free and very informative event held at the War Memorial in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Hundreds turned out at the 3rd annual Housing Symposium to listen and learn about today's Real Estate market, new mortgage and financial programs that are available, and the benefits of the First Time Homebuyer Credit. First Blog!!!
This is my very first blog and hope to become an experienced blogger quickly!
Just returned from the National Association of Realtors convention in Washington, D.C. What a fabulous event and will post photos as soon as I can figure out how to attach.. Meeting with our Representatives on Capital Hill was a rewarding experience....and they actually listened to our Realtor concerns! Many issues were discussed including the $8000 home buyer tax credit. Will go into further detail on my next blog.
